SRG is seeking an experienced Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) Operation Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities. Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) Operation Planner will perform the following functions:

• Make recommendations and provide guidance on organization-wide system improvements and optimization efforts in the following specialties:
o Information systems architecture
o Networking
o Telecommunications
o Automation
o Communications protocols
o Risk management/electronic analysis
o Network threat analysis

• Draft or edit Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).

• Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Teams (JPG/OPT),

• Develop and integrate DODIN and defensive cyberspace capabilities into plans.

• Support action officers with planning and remain cognizant of missions and priorities.

• Assist in planning, research, and analysis of DoD cyberspace policy, analysis of cyberspace events and operations, provide specialized expertise in such areas as Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSP), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysis, and Vulnerability analysis.

• Assist with Command-level cyber inspections and vulnerability of cyber requirements, conduct technical analysis and provide reports on the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities, and training.

• Develop DODIN reports approximately 20 pages in length and 20 times per year.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience with military cyberspace operations and the military planning process; Or with a minimum of 3 years in military cyberspace operations and a BS or higher degree in IT related field.
2. Must have tactical and operational experience as a staff planner.
3. Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
4. Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities. 5. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
6. Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
7. Clearance: This position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
