Document Control Specialist - manufacturing environment

Salary Target $70,000 - $85,000
Provo metro area work site.
Job Description:
This role works very closely within the engineering groups
It ensures compliance, regulatory compliance standards, and quality manufacturing systems within the manufacturing environment
It is a critical role for documentation and records for all the PII
Helps facilitate and provide the BOM, engineering drawings, diagrams and detailed work instructions to the production department
Will review and update any manufacturing project documents / and manufacturing requirements
Monitor and work very closely with all engineering groups and project management office to provide and promote awareness and compliance for document control.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years Experience in technical documentation control for manufacturing engineering departments: Engineering, Drafting, Designing, Components, Inventory
- Experience with regulatory and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, etc )
- Experience with Solidworks Electrical 2D (can read, and preferably has designed using this software as well)
- Bachelors Degree
Bonus / Soft Skills:
- SAP
- Excellent English communication skills (reading / writing / documentation)
- Helpful if familiar with government project / supplier requirements (nomenclature, acronyms, processes)
