We currently have an opportunity for a Document Control Coordinator (Temporary) to join our team at our facility in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible to maintain the policies, procedures, and forms required to ensure ongoing certification to the BRCGS GFSI standard. This individual will also assist with laboratory product testing, following prescribed test methods. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish and maintain/update policies, procedures, and forms as required by the BRCGS Packaging standard.
  • Review each document annually, revising as necessary, and maintain sufficient revision history.
  • Maintain the Document Control System for all quality policies, procedures, and forms. Manage the document approval process, generate, track, and file change requests.
  • Perform document control functions for specification change requests.
  • Perform laboratory testing, following lab test methods and protocols.
  • Assist in other projects as assigned.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in Quality.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and standards.
  • Ability to work Part-time or Full-time (25 + hours per week).

Icing on the cake:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of GMPs and BRCGS Packaging or other GFSI Standard.
