The State of Ohio has approved medical marijuana as a form of treatment as well as symptom management for patients who suffer from one of the qualifying conditions. Patients looking to qualify need to be evaluated by a physician licensed to practice in Ohio. We believe that medical marijuana has significant potential to improve the quality of life for thousands of patients across the state of Ohio and we are looking for compassionate, dedicated physicians to join our team. We are currently offering part-time opportunities with the potential to go full-time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct a physical evaluation of patients and discuss medical history.

Verify and diagnose that the patient suffers from one of the qualifying conditions.

Provide a recommended treatment plan for patients who would benefit from a recommendation of medical marijuana.

Inform patients of the risks associated with medical cannabis use.

Requirements

MD or DO license to practice in the State of Ohio.

A Compact License is a plus.

Certificate to Recommend (CTR) is a plus.
