Division Manager

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Permanent Position with Benefits The Division Manager is a key position, reporting directly to the President while maintaining regular communication with the Plant Manager. Requirements Overseeing division operations Ensuring adherence to safety regulations Coordinating with various departments Managing employee training and reviews Determining production schedules Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of facility. Must effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service departments. Should possess strong leadership skills and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Excellent computer proficiency Maintain accurate records A willingness to learn various aspects of the manufacturing enviromnent Physical capabilities such as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are necessary. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, such as communicating with stakeholders, expediting parts, organizing staffing levels, and contributing to team projects. Limited travel and off-site training may be required Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
