We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Controller. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the division. This position is an integral part of our leadership team, and the successful candidate will be involved in strategic planning, operational analysis, and financial reporting. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Division Controller, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations within the manufacturing division, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
2. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports and statements.
3. Implementing and maintaining a robust financial reporting system using ERP software.
4. Conducting monthly financial close processes and reconciliation.
5. Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
6. Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability.
7. Collaborating with divisional leadership to develop strategic financial plans.
8. Ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
9. Providing financial insight and guidance to the division leadership team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Proficiency in using ERP software for financial operations.
5. Excellent financial analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Experience in leading month-end closing processes and financial reconciliation.
7. A proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive financial performance.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
10. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential financial issues and develop effective solutions.
