  • Knowledge and expertise in lite commercial projects, including live/work units, retail spaces, offices, and restaurants.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the custom home construction field.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the industry, showcasing a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Proficient in coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient project execution.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proven track record of successful project completions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and attention to craftsmanship.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and cost control measures.
  • Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
