Responsible for the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction, and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market served by performing the following duties. Job Duties What You'll Do: Be a tree doctor that makes house calls. Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees. Provide customers with estimates based on their needs. Develop and update annual plant health care programs. Create and build relationships with new and existing clients. Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff. As District Manager you give direction to the team.
