We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Permanent Dispatcher in our fast-paced Construction industry. This role involves managing and coordinating the movement of our construction teams, equipment, and materials, ensuring that all resources are in the right place at the right time. The successful candidate will be the linchpin of our operations, playing a critical role in our project timelines and overall success. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and dispatch construction teams, equipment, and materials to appropriate locations according to project schedules.
2. Communicate effectively with construction teams, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor progress and movement of teams and equipment, making adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
4. Maintain detailed records of dispatches, work orders, and communication with teams and clients.
5. Resolve scheduling conflicts and handle last-minute changes or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all dispatch decisions and actions.
7. Use dispatch software and systems effectively to track, monitor, and manage operations.
8. Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in using dispatch software and systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
6. Strong customer service experience and skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and team members.
7. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.
8. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
9. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
