Director, Sleep Wake Advisor Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Director, Sleep Wake Advisor to join the Medical Communication team. This position is located in our New York office. Job Overview: The position of Director, Sleep Wake Advisor will focus primarily on the launch and growth of Sleep Wake Advisor. Sleep-Wake Advisor will reach clinicians inside and outside of the immediate sleep space to highlight the critical nature of sleep medicine across therapeutic areas, thereby expanding Sleep-Wake Advisor's potential market. This position will be a hybrid role with expectations of being able to sell both media and custom digital solutions at the client and agency level. This role requires an independent sales-minded individual who is hungry for growth, has a strong understanding of the Neurology and Sleep Wake space, has experience with selling healthcare marketing solutions, and can secure business directly with pharmaceutical and biotech marketers. Responsibilities: Build a greater market position and increase market share for Sleep Wake Advisor Cold-calling, social media selling, and attending industry events and medical conferences to cultivate relationships with pharma clients and healthcare agency decision makers Identify key decision makers and gain in-person meetings to pitch Sleep Wake Advisor capabilities Create contract-winning proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals Develop and implement yearly strategic sales plans to achieve budgeted revenue goals Increase the value of current customers while attracting new prospects Ensure close campaign management with internal Client Success teammates Be the subject matter expert for your assigned clients and therapeutic area, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client pipeline status, corporate initiatives, and competitive landscapes Requirements: 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical ad sales, marketing, or related field Knowledge of digital ad sales and marketing, programmatic advertising Travel both locally and across the US Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace What We Offer: A competitive compensation package The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
