One of our clients is looking for an experienced Director/Senior Director/VP of Sales to join their team.

VP Responsibilities:

  • Focus on expanding their regional presence and bringing their offering to a growing book of leading agencies and Fortune 1000 brands
  • Leverage personal relationships, product knowledge, and best practices to clearly communicate the differentiators of their offering in the market
  • Work directly with their EVP, Head of Midwest Sales and Partnerships, becoming an integral part of the senior sales team that will lead them into their next stage of growth
  • Drive the sales cycle: effectively conduct needs analysis, succinctly communicate the company's vision in the market, and proactively negotiate deals to close
  • Collect insights into a client's organizational structure, online and offline marketing strategy, and ideal demographic
  • Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s
  • Identify market opportunities, process improvements, and facilitate market feedback
  • Closely track internal KPIs, be mindful of team objectives and key results, and follow best practices for automated performance reporting

VP Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including managed service influencer marketing campaigns and/or relevant agency experience
  • Relevant client relationships in the Midwest
  • You have have previously engaged with leaders at agencies and Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven record of exceeding quarterly objectives and attention to key metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce and other productivity related SaaS products
  • Selling experience in the social/media space preferred

Director Responsibilities:
