What You'll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Director, Platform Operations to join our Platform Operations team. The Director, Platform Operations will be responsible for managing the Technical Account Management and Campaign Management on day-to-day business operations. The team is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing all post sales activities from set up through post campaign performance reviews.

  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the primary point person for all post sale client requests and communication with clients (including optimizations, reporting, recommendations, etc.)
  • Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional white glove service
  • Monitor pacing and delivery while working with the Campaign Managers and Technical Account Managers to find ways to optimize based on client's KPIs
  • Work with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis, as well as conduct client business reviews
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Success to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
  • Stay current with industry best practices, strategies, and standards related to digital marketing and adtech
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure the accuracy of all IO related data
  • Lead and empower a high-performing, collaborative team of Technical Account Managers/Campaign Managers; provide mentorship, coaching and growth opportunities while continuing to challenge and support the team on a daily basis

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of working experience in a Client Success/Campaign Management role within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
  • 4+ years of people management experience within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
  • Experience in trading in DSPs
  • Translate technical concepts at all levels, from entry level trader to C-level executives of agencies, advertisers, and channel partners
  • Advise on Product GTM strategy for platform/agency users
  • SME of delivery troubleshooting with strong knowledge of CTV
  • You have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic and ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $160,000 -$170,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
