Job Details

We are seeking a Director of Workforce Compensation to lead our enterprise-wide broad-based compensation function. This role will develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance, collaborating with HR, finance, legal, and leadership on various compensation topics. Key responsibilities include managing global compensation programs, annual processes, market competitiveness reviews, and incentive designs. The Director will report to the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations and will lead a small team while working directly with senior management to align compensation strategies with business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation Program Leadership
  • Develop and implement global broad-based compensation strategies, programs, and policies (job architecture, salary structures, short-term incentives)
  • Oversee annual incentive payouts and merit processes
  • Conduct market competitiveness reviews, regulatory analysis, and compensation reporting
  • Collaborate with finance on cost reviews and financial impacts of incentive plans
  • Ensure alignment with global compensation teams
  • Create compensation communication materials

Incentive Design
  • Design annual incentive plans at the business level
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure incentive plans achieve desired business outcomes

Leadership
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compensation strategies support business objectives
  • Travel as needed for incentive and structure development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a small team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, HR, or finance, with at least 4 years leading compensation projects; global experience preferred
