Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Treasury, The Director of Treasury is responsible for assisting with managing Indicor's financial activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily Investment Oversight: Monitor and manage daily investment activities to make informed decisions to optimize returns on excess cash
  • 13-Week Rolling Cash Flow Forecast: Regularly update and maintain the 13-Week rolling cash flow forecast to ensure accurate liquidity planning
  • Liquidity Management: Assist in the implementation and management of global liquidity and cash concentration
  • Bank Relationship Management: Take a leadership role in bank integration, user management, and ongoing relationships
  • Management Reporting: Oversee reporting related to cash and debt compliance to foster a controls oriented environment
  • Trade Finance: Issue and document trade finance needs for business units as required
  • M&A Integration/Due Diligence: Participate in M&A activities, conducting due diligence and integration of treasury functions
  • Systems Management: Maintain all common data in TMS, ensuring accuracy and oversee any necessary updates or modifications to the system
  • Repatriation Efforts: Manage efforts related to repatriation of funds, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Debt and Swap Settlements: Coordinate and execute settlements for debt and swap transactions
  • Revolver Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and utilization of revolving credit facilities

Additional Responsibilities

  • Centralized Cash Solutions: Evaluate and implement cash pool or other centralized cash solutions to enhance efficiency
  • IC Loan Integration: Collaborate with Deloitte on the integration of intercompany loans in TMS
  • BCP Planning: Contribute to business continuity planning to ensure treasury operations are resilient
  • Capital Markets/Interest Expense: Monitor and manage capital markets activities and interest expense optimization
  • M&A Integration/Due Diligence: Participate in M&A activities, conducting due diligence and ensuring smooth integration of treasury functions
  • FX Exposures: Manage and mitigate foreign exchange exposures, implementing strategies to minimize risk
  • Bank Group Consolidation: Lead efforts to consolidate and optimize the bank group, streamlining relationships and reducing fees
  • Intercompany Netting: Implement and oversee intercompany netting processes to optimize cash flows
  • Automation and KYC Efforts: Drive initiatives to automate treasury processes for increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • Corporate treasury background with a proven track record.
  • Strong financial modeling and corporate finance skills.
  • Proficient in cash management and accounting principles.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment.
  • Software integration experience, with knowledge of Treasury being a plus.
