We are seeking an exceptional Director of Travel Sales who can expertly handle the intricate and complex travel needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role requires oversight and training of an adept team that can strategically orchestrate and deliver on these high-level requests by using their vast global network of contacts and service providers to ensure flawless execution. Strong organizational skills and the ability to deftly manage complex logistics are paramount for success in this position.

This is a Remote position with minimal travel expectations.

Compensation Package: $180,000 - $200,000 base, Competitive Commissions and Bonus programs, Comprehensive health benefits, 401k with a company match, and much more.

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years experience in luxury travel, preferably dealing with UHNWIs.

• 5 years running a luxury travel boutique or agency

• Highly innovative, creative, and curious by nature

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-end, bespoke experiences

• Experience working in a startup company environment preferred

• Expertise in technology platforms, analytics tools, and budget management with top-line sales oversight

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty

• Negotiate contracts and manage logistics to ensure seamless execution of experiences while optimizing for cost efficiency.
