Your Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Experience: 3+ Years in Surgical Services Leadership (Manager or Director Experience)
- License: Currently Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Practice
- Certifications: Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred; Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) Preferred

- Staffing: 1 Manager (Starting Mid-November), 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (Endo, Pre-Post, OR), 70 Total FTEs
- Caseload: 7 Cases on Light Days, Up to 26 on Busy Days, On-Call Weekends
- Growth Initiatives: Upgrading Central Sterile, Equipment Overhaul for DaVinci Space
- Salary Range: Min: $96,137, Midpoint: $124,966; Max $154,000.
- 15% Director Bonus; ( Max Pay with Bonus is $178,013.25)
