Director of Surgical Services

Looking for a Director of Services for a top Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. This organization is dedicated to making a difference while doing the right thing. This individual directs the Surgical Services departments' activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

7+ years of Clinical Nursing experience with 3+ years in Surgical Services and 5+ years in Management/Leadership.

Current State of TN or Multi-State/Compact RN License.

Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Cardiac Surgery Service Lines is preferred.
