Prominent global manufacturer is hiring a dynamic leader that will provide strategic direction and oversight to maximize performance.

The Director of Sales Operations will oversee the maintenance of sales territories, quota development, and data integrity. You'll partner with department leadership to build value added dashboards and develop best practices.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA, 10+ years of experience, 5+ years managing sales compensation, 5+ years working with Salesforce and the ability to develop, document and audit sales processes.
