Job Details

Our new Director of Sales will manage and oversee the sales operation, including domestic sales, international sales, applications, project and system engineering, parts sales, and testing and trials.

Responsibilities include:
Works to implement the CEO's strategy and targets for the team.
Achieves company sales quotas for equipment and parts sales
Works closely with the Directors of Operations and Engineering
Overall accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline
Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews
High level support to the applications and testing team regarding testing, rental assets, upgrades, and maintenance of the Innovation Center.

Required Education and Experience:
10+ years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
Management experience in leading a team
Food processing industry experience preferred
Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business field
Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales
Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be willing to travel
Ability to work with Salesforce CRM
