Director of Research and Accountability

Duties Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Director of Research and Accountability, beginning July 1, 2024. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Please see the job description: Director of Research and Accountability Qualifications Qualified applicants are required to have an Illinois Administrative Certificate; Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, or higher (Doctorate Degree Preferred); extensive experience in education research; data analysis, and accountability, with a specific focus on equity and diversity and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Salary/Benefits The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience.
