Duties Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Director of Research and Accountability, beginning July 1, 2024. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Please see the job description: Director of Research and Accountability Qualifications Qualified applicants are required to have an Illinois Administrative Certificate; Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, or higher (Doctorate Degree Preferred); extensive experience in education research; data analysis, and accountability, with a specific focus on equity and diversity and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Salary/Benefits The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five weeks paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
