Know Your Rights: Responsibilities Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the overall operations & success of nursing, therapies, wellness and business services Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community Director of Rehabilitation Services is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation Qualifications Education and Work Experience Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state. Will consider Occupational Therapist or Speeh Therapist BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
