Know Your Rights: \ KnowYourRights\ screen\ reader\ 10\ 20.pdf Responsibilities + Director of Rehabilitation Servicesis responsible for the overall operations & success of nursing, therapies, wellness and business services + Director of Rehabilitation Servicesis responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community + Director of Rehabilitation Servicesis administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation Qualifications Education and Work Experience + Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred. + Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience. + Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state. + Will consider Occupational Therapist or Speeh Therapist + BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
