Odessa is looking for a Director of Product Marketing tojoin our team. This person will serve as a solutions advocate, helping toconvey the value of our platform and services to our internal team, customers,and prospects. This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to recruitadditional team members in the future. This person will report directly to theSVP of Corporate Marketing.

Responsibilities

Oversee business-level messaging and positioningfor all Odessa products and services

Lead the effort to bring new version releasesand software solutions to market

Work closely with product managers as theydevelop the platform roadmap; identify key value drivers

Engage with customers to understand and documenttheir needs; learn the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make

Further develop our ideal customer profile andtarget personas; identify and segment target customers

Work with the marketing team to deliver internaland external communications across channels

Partner with global sales organization tounderstand market needs and educate reps on product positioning

Document use cases for our solutions and educatestaff on how to tell those stories to the market

Develop competitive intelligence and battlecards to aid the sales organization

Own sales enablement, supporting the sales teamthrough a complex and lengthy sales process

Create compelling marketing collateral andpresentations that simplify a complex topic while driving broad awareness andinterest

Proactively collaborate across all marketingteams including demand generation, creative services, content marketing, eventsmarketing, public relations, and beyond

Brief press, analysts, and partners on solutionofferings, as needed

Requirements

Fantastic storytelling skills and ability tocommunicate and translate technical issues to business values

Demonstrated experience writing blogs,delivering webinars, presenting to customers, analysts and media

Proven success developing and executinggo-to-market plans for SaaS solutions

You are extremely self-motivated and know how toalign different teams around a common message

Previous success crafting compelling positioningand marketing content for an enterprise software company

At least 5-7 years of product marketingexperience working in the B2B software space

Experience in asset finance or a related FinTechfield preferred

Bonus: you are certified in Product Marketingfrom the Pragmatic Institute
