Job Summary: As the Director of Product Management for our Practice Management system portfolio, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's growth trajectory. Leading a team of skilled product managers, you will drive product innovation, industry engagement, and internal alignment with our vision for healthcare platform growth. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to refine our product roadmap, leveraging industry insights and technology trends. You will guide your team in prioritizing and executing on key deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and our company's strategic goals. Additionally, you will draw upon your experience in managing large provider practices and implementing practice management systems to inform product decisions and gain stakeholder buy-in.


Essential Functions:



  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational priorities, focusing on key practice management functionalities.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for practice management capabilities and user journeys.

  • Lead cross-platform initiatives and collaborate with product leads to establish priorities and monitor progress.

  • Coach and provide strategic guidance to product managers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Drive continuous improvement in product operations, tools, processes, and metrics.

  • Lead business case development and pricing strategies, informed by industry trends and competitive dynamics.

  • Establish and maintain product operations disciplines and metrics, ensuring alignment across the product team.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support Go-To-Market activities and client escalations.

  • Participate in sales processes as a thought leader with domain expertise in our products.


Minimum Requirements:



  • 8-10+ years' experience in revenue cycle management and medical practice administration.

  • 5+ years' leadership experience.

  • Exposure to practice management systems either as a user or in a managerial, implementation, development, or consulting role.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a commercial mindset to translate customer pain points into opportunities for the company.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 5+ years in product management, with exposure to agile scrum methodologies.

  • Affiliations with industry associations such as AAHAM, MGMA, PAHCOM.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams and translate technical issues into business terms.

  • Established network of industry experts and opinion leaders.


Working Environment/Physical Demands:



  • Primarily a remote role with occasional long-distance or air travel as needed.
