Job Title: Director of Product Management
Job Location: Fully remote or hybrid in Tampa, FL.

  • 8+ yrs of Product Management with direct experience in: alcohol management, accounts payable automation, retail payment management, beverage compliance/performance, and/or software platforms with API automation

Job Details

Essential Functions:

  • As a Director of Data Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap across current and future products that aligns to the company strategy.
  • Provide leadership for product management throughout the product and release lifecycle by leveraging customer feedback and evaluating KPIs to prioritize and deliver products that drive aggressive growth.
  • Develop a customer-first product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Strategically plan initiatives in the feature roadmap and lifecycle, from ideation to support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, rollout, and measure meaningful features.
  • Oversee the product backlog and coordinate with other teams to deliver customer value.
  • Conduct market research and engage with industry stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to drive product innovations collaborating closely with customers to understand specific requirements.
  • Drive Go-to-market activities for successful product launches.
  • This is a highly cross-functional role and will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales, account management, delivery, and client services teams.
