The current Director of Pharmacy has been promoted, could you?

They're now running the multisite operations of one of our other hospitals after a very successful period here.

You know your current role inside out. There aren't any obvious progression opportunities around the corner or ways to increase your influence, either regionally or nationally.

What you'll be doing

This will be bigger than anything you've done before. But, with three times the challenge, you'll get three times the job satisfaction.

You'll be managing the pharmacy operations of 2 campuses within our hospital, managing roughly 40 FTEs in a 300+ bed complex.

Working with C-suite and VPs you'll be a highly visible presence within the company.

Requirements

Experience in management within a hospital setting.

Maniacal about getting involved with hospital operations.

Current Pharmacist License.
