Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize revenue generation while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care. Analyze and leverage data, using tools such as Snowflake and Palantir, to identify revenue growth opportunities and streamline revenue cycle processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance billing, coding, and reimbursement procedures. Oversee and manage the revenue cycle team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve performance targets. Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and ensure compliance. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics to track revenue cycle performance. Lead and participate in the development of training programs to ensure staff proficiency and compliance. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the revenue cycle team.
