Director of Operations
Park City, UT (on-site)
6 month contract-to-hire: $55-65/hour (120-130K annual salary)
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Director of Operations who is experienced in the custom home building space
They will ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain good client relations
This person will have experience working with CoConstruct or Buildertrend software and is familiar working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or it's Google counterpart
They will also know how to build and run a team and keep said team on task and efficient
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in custom home building
- 5+ years team leadership experience
- Proficient with CoConstruct or Buildertrend software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
