We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures, drive extensive and sustainable growth, and ensure the company's operational activities align with our business goals. This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong operational, project management, and financial analysis skills. The Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO and will have a significant impact on the company's performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures and best practices to promote efficiency and superior service delivery.
2. Oversee the company's MRO and OEM operations, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Lead strategic planning and business process improvement initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement strategic business plans.
5. Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Conduct financial analysis, forecast trends, and manage the budget to support decision-making.
7. Implement risk management processes and identify potential obstacles to project success.
8. Develop performance management systems to provide accountability and visibility into team performance.
9. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in Operations Management, MRO, OEM, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Process Improvement.
4. Strong understanding and experience in Performance Management, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Business Process Improvement.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and delivering on-time.
6. Excellent knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and OTD.
7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects.
