Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

- Collaborate with other department heads to optimize patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with nurse supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the needs of the organization.
- Willingness to work overnights as needed to ensure smooth operations and support the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- Valid state RN license and current BLS certification.
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
