Directs and supervises functions and activities in a skilled nursing unit; implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, residents, patients, medical staff, and the public. Provides nursing and related services to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident Minimum Education: Degree from accredited School of Nursing Education: , MBA or MSN from accredited school.
