Lincoln Tech's Paramus, NJ campus is currently seeking a Director of Nursing who possesses an MSN degree, has experience in education and instruction, and is passionate about shaping the future of nursing education. Key Qualifications: MSN or higher Current Registered Nurse License from the state of NJ 3+ years experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program Responsibilities: Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes Enforce school and academic policies and procedures Supervise nursing department staff and faculty Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation. Provide professional development, daily guidance, and evaluation of performance Manage the academic schedule Maintain appropriate records in compliance with Board of Nursing, accrediting body, and company policy and procedures Manage relationships with outside clinical facilities Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements Other duties as assigned
