Director of Nursing - In-Patient Psychiatry/Behavioral Health & Clinic

This exciting leadership role is for the Psychiatry Service - line, coverage includes NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell & Westchester Behavioral Health. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing services, you'll work closely with other key leaders globally throughout the organization to focus on efforts improving the patient experience, and you will lead clinical quality assurance efforts. With supervision of operations and an amazing team, you'll have the opportunity to promote an environment that fosters shared governance, continuous research, administration, employees' development, and performance at the highest level. Preferred Criteria

  • American Nurses Credentialing Center approved National Board Certification

Required Criteria

  • Master's Degree (either Master's or Bachelor's must be in Nursing)

  • Current New York State RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

  • At least 5 - 7 years of acute care, behavioral health/psychiatry nursing experience

  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience

$190,000-$280,000/Annual
