As our Director of Nursing, you will lead our multi disciplined team, while promoting an environment of teamwork and acceptance. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees all nursing staff including ADON, RNAC, Staff Developer and Nursing Scheduler Responsible for the operations of the facility in the absence of the NHA Responsible for reporting, investigating and counseling regarding errors Supervises medication administration, identify issues/trends and develop action Responsible for department budgets and assuring cost effective care Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Long Term Care At least 4 years of management experience Must possess valid Delaware or Compact State RN license
