You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff. Primary Responsibilities: Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines Partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants, and LPNs Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission and quarterly assessments Provide on-call support for the community Ensures compliance, efficiency and team's understanding of policies and procedures Our Ideal Candidate: Leads by example and strives for excellence Works with integrity and a sense of purpose Puts their team in a position to be successful on a daily basis Expresses genuine compassion and care for residents, staff and guests Demonstrates good time management skills Has strong interpersonal and communication skills Develops others to their full potential Required Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Maintains a current/unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state Minimum of 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community-based care or assisted living/memory care Quality assurance/improvement and staff development experience The ability to lift 50 lbs without restriction
