Overview The Director of Client Solutions is a newly created position to support the rapid growth of VPNE Healthcare's business. This position will be the driving force behind increasing company revenue and profit through identifying new and existing opportunities, developing practical approaches to client relationship building, and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals for growth. This role partners closely with Operations to deeply understand the needs and demands of our clients in order to effectively market our organization and execute achievable contract service agreements effectively. Responsibilities Development and execution of commercial strategies, exhibiting an in-depth understanding of the market, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and working closely with all functions to drive profitable revenue growth and client satisfaction. Lead regional and national sales to achieve revenue, growth and share gain targets through sales and marketing partnership and execution. Balance the need to achieve current business goals with planning and investment for future growth. Advocates for the client, for service quality and compliance and provides excellence in client solutions. Leads and drives the sales activities of the team, setting goals, developing and accessing activity and sales metrics to meet growing objectives. Engages with local and regional resources to enable realization of Divisional Goals In partnership with Operations, develop pricing policies, including volume ranges and terms and conditions, for high-profile clients and partners. Develop, implement and share standard methodologies across the region in the core Healthcare Support Services industry, with the other Groups and Divisions across VPNE. Support leadership and operations with essential data, analytics, and critical insights to support proper positioning to target, pursue, win and retain key clients effectively. Align and agree on achievable and clear growth goals with the division President and assume ownership of achieving those targets. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred or work related experience to match Years of Experience: 5-8+ years' progressive sales experience in the healthcare industry with scaling responsibility and proven leadership experience A successful track record of selling with top hospitals and health systems.
