This is a remote role with frequent travel

Job purpose summary

Provider Partners Health Plans "PPHP" is seeking a Director of Marketing to provide overall leadership, market awareness and direction, focused on redefining senior care through tech-enabled, value-based care. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for taking the lead on projects and marketing with focus on Nursing Home and key market targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all marketing initiatives and strategies to generate brand awareness for PPHP products in key target market:

o Nursing Home and ALF Association Executive Directors, Chairpersons, key employees, and key members.

o National Nursing home and ALF associations - as above also

o Owners and operators of nursing homes and ALFs

o State and Federal LTC elected officials, bureaucrats, and appointees.

  • Devise and present marketing plan and budget
  • Initiate go-to-marketing strategies to increase MQLs, including digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership, advertising, sponsorships, and proposals
  • Manage and design external marketing collateral and presentations to support sales initiatives
  • Identify, plan, and execute presence at key national/regional industry conferences to promote the company and its products/services to target markets
  • Orchestrate public relations strategies with industry publications and local media contacts
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with company growth strategies to meet ROI goals
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive innovation and inform marketing strategies.
  • Must take the lead on projects and be comfortable starting with a very small team on day 1 and building that team as needed.
  • Must be able to implement the plan above on a very aggressive timetable.

Skills

  • Experience marketing within health care systems.
  • 10 Years experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Knowledge of health and patient care facilities.
  • Experience in post-acute or LTC is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing market awareness strategies in highly competitive markets
  • Strong ethics
  • Team spirit with a positive attitude
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Working conditions

Administrative office located in suburban Baltimore. Position requires frequent travel.

Physical requirements

Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.

Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office related equipment as needed.
