JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Luxury Sales is responsible for selling hotel guestrooms and The Foley Collection properties, through direct client contact to maximize total rooms revenues and profits while ensuring customer satisfaction that is guest centric.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and maintains client base of and relationship with luxury/leisure Travel Advisors through direct outside and inside sales effort for securing business for the properties to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met or exceeded.

• Conduct regular visits to the properties to maintain awareness of branding and programming and build relationships with on site operations teams.

• Accurately maintains detailed client files.

• Responsible for maintaining credibility and high profile within the leisure sales community.

• Prospects and grows new business opportunity for high-end leisure travel agencies.

• Conducts tours of the hotels and The Foley Collection properties; entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies and procedures.

• Attends and represents company at trade shows, road shows and client events.

• Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

• Responds quickly to guest requests in a professional manner. Consistently follows up to ensure guest satisfaction that meets and exceeds our service standards.

• Attends any meetings or training sessions/courses as required.

• Maintains high confidentiality regarding guest privacy.

• Any other duties deemed necessary by a member of management
