Baker University seeks qualified applicants for a Director of Information Management and Information Security position in the Information Technology Department. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Technology and Information Security. The Director is responsible for providing leadership and management for the full breadth of technology needs of all Baker staff, faculty and students. This position will have oversight of all applications and systems including the Student Information System, Financials System, Customer Relationship Management, Fund Raising, etc., and will direct the activities of the IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Application Development, Application Support and Training.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree with 3 5 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in SQL, Data Visualization, Data Integration processes
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Operating systems and demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Project Management Experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a team atmosphere
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
