$3,000 Sign-on Bonus Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Director of In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring. Must be a licensed (LICSW or LMHC) Clinician. Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences. Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the program, assuring implementation and documentation of all service components, including periodic status reports. Provide oversight for the development and training of programs evidence-based practices. Respond to urgent requests for overall programmatic and clinical decision making. Monitor the development/implementation of strength-based treatment plans and safety plans for all families. Such plans will include evidence-based practices, behavior modification therapy and crisis intervention and linkage to needed supportive services. Implement and monitor systems to assure proper documentation for billing MBHP and other pay sources. Maintain positive relationships with community agencies, hospitals and all referral sources. Collaborate with Emergency Services as needed, regarding clinical alerts or crisis response plans. Assure program compliance with MCE guidelines including staffing patterns, service capacity, utilization and accessibility. Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology or related field and independent clinical licensure (LMHC or LICSW).
