Director of Implementation

We are looking for a Director of Implementation who will be responsible for the strategy and the success of the Implementation teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for improving industrial organizations and their workforce, as well as B2B SaaS products. This is a great opportunity to own a critical part of the customer experience for a high growth technology company.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee the implementation process for our product, ensuring clients' successful adoption and utilization of our technology platform

Drive the development of new processes, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate time to value for our clients and enhance operational scalability

Develop, track, and enhance KPIs to measure the success of implementations and ensure the highest quality deliverables

Develop, track, and enhance metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the implementation team, striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement

Provide thought leadership on implementation best practices, influencing the company's approach and methodologies for efficient and accelerated implementation timelines

Serve as a people leader, guiding and mentoring a team of implementation professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster their growth and development

Monitor capacity for implementation team in order to ensure that we have enough resources based on sales

What We're Looking For:

BA in Business, or a related field

Experience building a customer success organization in a high growth environment, ideally at a startup

5 years of experience managing and leading a team

Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to build and define the implementation process

Exceptional problem solving skills

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong documentation skill sets; highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities

Ability to to communicate candid and constructive feedback with your team, and building rapport with clients and internal teams

Nice to Have:

Experience implementing software for a construction company

Experience implementing analytics solution
