Job Summary: Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager will oversee various accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. Tasked with ensuring financial stability and adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, the Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and contribute to the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Maintain accounting records and reconciliations in compliance with GAAP.
- Execute general accounting tasks including generating schedules and analytical reports upon request.
- Provide essential support for the annual financial audit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with various audiences
