Job DetailsJob Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance (Grants and Contracts) to lead our financial operations.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills in a mission-driven environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing, advising, assisting, and working with our team of Accountants and Program Directors to provide financial management support including reviewing and analyzing budget submissions, post-award direct costs and performing account receivable functions for various sponsored projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
2. 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, ideally in a health center or hospital.
3. Experience working with government or private funders on grants, contracts, or other agreements: HRSA, DPH, EEC, DMR, and BPHC
4. Experience with UDS Reports, UFR Reports, FQHC Cost Reports, is an added bonus.
