A bit about us:

Director of Finance/Controller needed in Florence for full time, direct hire position. We're a growing hospitality organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
2. Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
3. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
4. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required, MBA preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
4. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
5. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.
