Director of Finance and Procurement

Manage and direct Corporate Finance team in budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis and decision support. Direct and oversee accounting activities to ensure compliance with government regulations. Oversee negotiations with vendors as well as ensure that suppliers meet our product and performance quality standards. Manage and direct Procurement team in purchasing strategies. Operate across functional departments to ensure the efficient movement of high-quality products. Lead the strategic sourcing, procurement and account management functions. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts to support strategic initiatives and management plans. Develop and oversee financial models used in budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. Manage the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls. Propose and oversee the financial budget for the next 12 months. Manage the cash flow forecast model to ensure the companys liquidity and propose the necessary funding actions. Develop and implement Capital Expenditure plans and ensure there is enough cash for the fixed asset expenditures. Ability to analyze market trends, track supplier and competitive developments and build long-term roadmaps in partnership with other leaders. Manage and oversee the entire accounting team. Conduct Business partnering and project management. Optimize the companys profits and losses by negotiating and achieving cost savings across ingredients, packaging, shipping and indirect spending. Supervise and participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for accounting and taxes. Identify key drivers for business generation and profitability. Develop and implement investment strategies and support capital planning and resource allocation. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments to the Board. Interpret financial and operational performance in order to identify business risks and opportunities. Use Data Analytics tools like SQL and Tableau.
2 years of experience in job offered or 2 years of experience in Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
