Required Skills & Experience - At least 10+ years of building and overseeing largescale software products
- 5+ years of experience overseeing teams building Web applications
- 2+ years of experience in a Director role overseeing Engineering Managers.
- Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, React, Nodejs, GraphQL, REST APIs, Java, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
- Ability to drive strategic direction
- Experience working with Architecture teams to ensure best practices and processes
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience - Prior Enterprise level experience
