Job Description Our client is a well known global manufacturer with US HQ in the Allentown PA area.
At this time, they are hoping to attract a Director of Engineering to lead their manufacturing operations worldwide.
The focus of this role will be on the Design and Assembly of machinery or equipment , particularly capital equipment, that might be in process or production plants.
The person in this role will lead a team of over 100.

Requirements- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering,
Manufacturing, or Business. MSEE preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt.
•
Related industry experience using 3D
parametric CAD-based software.
•
Prior experience using Autodesk Inventor
and/or Routed Systems.
•
Prior experience using Autodesk AutoCAD
2D/3D.
•
Experience with ERP software. Syteline
preferred.
•
Experience with ASME / BPE Bioprocessing
Equipment standards. - 10+ years manufacturing or engineering
management experience in a pharma, life science or capital equipment
environment with 5+ years in a proven leadership capacity.
