Job Opening: The Malvern School is currently seeking to fill the Director of Education position in Malvern, PA. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. As the Director of Education, you will: + Assume responsibility for the daily operations and every aspect of the school in the absence of the Executive Director. + Work in conjunction with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with all licensing/accrediting agencies. + Abide by and enforce all terms of The Malvern School Employee Manual. + Produce written work for parents, staff, peers and supervisors that is of above-standard quality in composition, content, and timeliness. + Strive to achieve goals in all areas of position to promote the school's and the company's growth and prosperity. + Lead or assist in classrooms (as needed) in order to maintain ratios, meet financial goals, and serve as a role model.
