Job Title: Campus Director (Healthcare)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, (M-F)

Job Details

Position Summary:

The Director of Education sets the standards of educational quality and supports the efforts of the faculty and staff to achieve maximum educational effectiveness.

• Maintains academic policies and programs for the school, and manages activities of multiple academic programs, Program Directors, and faculty.
• As the Director of Education at the school, you will report to the President on all matters related to the school and will collaborate with the National Director of Education on all retention and academic matters.
• Plans, organizes and administers operations.
• Provides leadership, motivation, and supervision of direct reports
• Supervise all levels of Admissions Representatives

Must-Have:

• 5 years experience in the management of proprietary post-secondary school education
• Proven experience in managing and developing curriculum, leading educational effectiveness; supporting and coaching faculty performance and development
• Previous management experience, prefer some teaching experience
• Masters Degree in Education and/or Ph.D.
• Has experience working with THECB and TWC
• Have experience with Accreditors such as COE, ABHES, or ACCSC
