Second generation builder/ developer that keeps all in their portfolio and never sell anything. This firm builds Multi-family and Hotels and builds from upper keys to Ft. Meyers, Orlando, Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale etc. Very stable company.
This position is to oversee all construction.
You must have a stable background, degree in construction and have managed large jobs.
Salary 250-350K depending on experience.
You will be based out of Hollywood.
